STAGG & FRIENDS continues to expand consultancy expertise

With the appointment of Rubén Leites García and Jens Oppermann, the brand & product experience specialists have brought two new consultants on board to further develop STAGGtraining activities in particular.


The acceptance and success of products and services is always dependent on good advice – whatever the industry. Sustainable and audited qualification concepts are crucial here. Furthermore, certified training courses and tried and test qualification tools are today indicators of a brand's quality and reliability. For this reason, companies are increasingly providing training for their sales and consultancy staff – and focusing more on online training, digital platforms, and how to dovetail these consistently with live components and face-to-face training sessions. In order to respond optimally to the clearly growing demand of customers for strategic training concepts for brand and product, the live communications agency is investing heavily in this innovation field and in new experts for digital experiences.

Rubén Leites García. The 31-one-year-old native Spaniard and expert of digital experiences joins STAGG & FRIENDS as Account Director. With his many years of experience in leading national and international training events, cross-industry client consultancy and his expertise in the areas of blended learning, web-based training, mobile and micro learning and training applications, he will immediately add to the agency's digital and strategic aims. Leites García will in the future apply his broad-ranging industry expertise in the automotive sector to further developing business with clients such as Audi, Volkswagen and Volvo, and will support the agency is acquiring new clients – including outside the automotive sector. He will also be responsible for coordinating all project-related services and partner agencies in the field of training. He joins STAGG & FRIENDS from the United Digital Group/UDG Learning & Development GmbH – where his most recent role was as Senior Project Manager. Alongside automotive clients such as SEAT, Volkswagen and Lamborghini, he also worked with brands such as Lange & Söhne and Telefónica Germany | O2.

Jens Oppermann (44), who also joins the company from UDG Learning & Development GmbH, will be responsible as Senior Innovation Manager at STAGG & FRIENDS for the strategic and content-related direction and development of the new unit. He will develop strategic live concepts for all clients and business sectors on behalf of his new employer. With his in-depth knowledge of innovative training methods and the intelligent use of digital media in training courses, he is sure to create exceptional learning experiences, and at the same time achieve measurable learning outcomes. In addition, Oppermann will act as a consultant for all STAGG & FRIENDS areas of expertise across digital media, applications and platforms. At UDG, he was employed as Director Strategy and Innovation and prior to that as Senior Concept Developer, managing clients such as SEAT, Volkswagen, Porsche, HUGO BOSS and Deutsche Telekom.
