Should live communication in Germany get louder?

"People are bombarded with up to 10,000 advertising messages every day. Brands that are markedly reserved and cautious may be losing attention. Also when it comes to the staging of brands in the context of events. In the USA, for example, people are less cautious. So does live communication in Germany need to get louder?"
