Pitch victory: STAGG & FRIENDS acquires SEAT as new customer

New customer for STAGG & FRIENDS: The live communication specialists from Düsseldorf rise above the competition in a pitch to the Volkswagen subsidiary SEAT. As of now, the agency will be in charge of product training for the market launch of the very first SEAT SUV – the SEAT Ateca.

For this purpose, STAGG & FRIENDS is now designing and implementing extensive face-to-face training: More then 1300 sales and service employees and sales managers will be instructed on the new model in a 10-day training event from 20 - 30 June, 2016, in Berlin. This will enable SEAT to increase the sales and consulting skills of its sales team for the pending launch of the new model.

"It is particularly important for the automotive industry to convey its product and brand messages point-by-point to the customer during sales meetings," says Göran Göhring, managing partner of STAGG & FRIENDS. "We will be assisting SEAT in the training of its sales personnel in such a way that the envisaged sales objectives can be achieved.
