How do you rate the business results of 2016?
We are successful. Our investments in the digital transformation, the expansion of the workforce, the focus on the strategic-creative participation of all the employees, in our change process towards a customer-oriented, agile capacity management with more transparency for all employees, in a stringent positioning of the agency brand and in our targeted pitch business are delivering successes. What do our customers gain from this? Champions League standard with added value and benefits in the joint projects. With strategic solutions and measures that are rich in ideas, we directly contribute many times over to our customers’ value creation. With selective pitch participation, we almost always win – especially in the second half of the year, we achieved the highest hit rate since our foundation. What do our employees gain from this? An open culture of promotion, but also of challenge. We especially give young staff the confidence to prove themselves independently and on their own initiative. In each case, a managing director acts as a coach – thus ensuring that the customer receives process reliability and competence.
What are your expectations for the development in the new year 2017?
We are on our way to again setting a new benchmark in the agency development of STAGG & FRIENDS for 2017. Our year has already started with the successful implementation of major projects for Mercedes-Benz, smart, ŠKODA, Volvo and VW, among others. Moreover, many other exciting, challenging projects are already being commissioned. We are actively seeking performance-oriented employees at all levels: junior and senior project managers, account directs and creatives.
