You have successfully completed a degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Communication Sciences, Media Informatics or a comparable course of studies. You have several years of experience in the field of user experience design in live communication and a sound knowledge of the methodology and didactics of innovative live experience scenarios.
You are able to deal with customer enquiries independently and execute pitches for smaller and medium-sized digital projects on your own – from the initial cost estimate, to implementation and management, through to the final invoicing. You can also develop strategies with a focus on live experiences, as well as detailed concepts and storyboards, including copywriting. Furthermore, you are at home helping customers in the area of UX design in live communication, and are happy to work closely with our partner agencies in the fields of UI/UX, websites and portals, applications, AR/VR.
You are interested in digital trends and technologies and have the ability to implement them in live experiences as well as online. You come across confidently and have very good negotiation, presentation and communication skills. You are creative, think in a structured way, have a pronounced capacity for abstract thinking, and work independently and in a goal-oriented way. In addition, you have a working knowledge of the common MS Office programs, in particular PowerPoint and Excel, Spanish is part of your parlance and a good command of spoken and written English. Ideally other foreign languages.
